			<description>I was quoted about £70-80 to polish some parts on my bike and being completely skint a friend of mine said he'd get them done for me for next to nothing... however I can't wait any longer for him to get his finger out, so the desicion has been made to try and do them myself!

I've got the polishing kit off Windy now and I had my first little attempt at doing it yesterday. And, much to my amazement, it's working... I see a shiny patch!!

I'm going to go and sit in the sun now and see how much  ...</description>
